The office building is part of a campus that includes retail and a 30-story, 82 unit residential tower. The Plaza is the largest brick project in recent St. Louis history utilizing more than 1,400,000 oversized bricks, 525,000 concrete masonry units and 11,000 cubic feet of pre-cast concrete masonry.
The building boasts an elegant lobby clad in beautiful, curved Makore paneling that won an Award of Excellence from The Architectural Woodworking Institute. The lobby floor is polished Italian marble, complementing the warmth of the wood throughout. All artwork in the lobby is original, including large decorative panels that were commissioned from a local artist.
