The Plaza In Clayton is a 16-story office tower with a distinctive Neo-Classical design including red brick, limestone, glass fiber reinforced concrete and architectural windows. The building features classical elements that will retain their architectural and aesthetic appeal over time. The Plaza is approximately 316,000 SF and includes an additional 13,754 SF of retail and a 531,000 SF subterranean parking structure providing parking for 1,271 vehicles. The Plaza has state-of-the-art operating systems that incorporate specifications for electrical power and lighting to meet the needs of present and future office professionals. The office building is part of a campus that includes retail and a 30-story, 82 unit residential tower. The Plaza is the largest brick project in recent St. Louis history utilizing more than 1,400,000 oversized bricks, 525,000 concrete masonry units and 11,000 cubic feet of pre-cast concrete masonry. 

   The building boasts an elegant lobby clad in beautiful, curved Makore paneling that won an Award of Excellence from The Architectural Woodworking Institute. The lobby floor is polished Italian marble, complementing the warmth of the wood throughout. All artwork in the lobby is original, including large decorative panels that were commissioned from a local artist.  A state-of-the-art touchscreen directory allows visitors to easily locate tenants in the building.
